Life on his own is a wild adventure… until a stranger with a mysterious connection corners him and his new crew inside a stinky, abandoned cheese factory.

Trapped in a cage, Marshmallow needs more than just good fortune to escape. Can the “luckiest puppy” pull off a daring breakout, rescue his friends, and find his way back to Winston?

Author Colleen M. Behnke has collected stories across the Midwest—from Minnesota to Wisconsin, and now in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, where she lives with her husband, four children, and two silly dogs, Molly and Phoebe. A storyteller since childhood who helps others share their own tales, Colleen writes about families, brave animals, and the greathearted hope that propels every great journey.
