1. Quality—How good are the Idea, story, writing, and flow?
2. Potential—How close to ready is the book, how much could working with an editor or coach improve the book?
3. Strengths—What does the book do well?
4. Improvements—How can the book be better by building on its strengths?
5. Your Recommendation—Offer to publish or not?
